- Follow-up Session: Need a tune up or a few more action steps? In these sessions we will review your progress and address what did and didn’t work, make adjustments and leave you with more action steps. $100/60 minutes
- Initial Consultation: In this meeting we will discuss your health and exercise history, as well as some diet basics. We will identify your goals and craft a plan that will be implemented through Workout Sessions. $115/90 minutes
- Workout Sessions: The action and the hard work. Here is where you work towards your goals. I will guide you through a workout that will keep you on track to reach your goals. $75/60 minutes
- Printed Workout: Just want to work out on your own? After our Initial Consultation, I can craft a workout that you do on your own and email that to you. $25/pdf file via email.
